What exactly is a “One-Time plan”?
A One-Time plan — also known as a lifetime plan or one-time payment — is a pricing model where you pay a fixed amount once and get permanent access to the service, with no recurring fees of any kind.
It’s not a trial, not a year of access, not a temporary licence. It’s yours to keep, just like buying a desktop app or a plugin with a lifetime licence. The difference here is that storage, features, and future updates are all included — no extra charges, ever.
Why are we doing this?
Because we know many photographers hate subscriptions. They’re a fixed cost that adds up fast, especially when you’re already paying for several tools at once.
With the One-Time plan, we want to give you peace of mind. Invest once in your business and you’re done. No thinking about renewals, no wondering whether it’s “worth it” each month. It’s also our way of rewarding those who trust Picstome for the long haul.
Are there any limitations?
Yes, one — and we want to be completely upfront about it.
With the One-Time plan, galleries can exist for a maximum of one year from the date they were created. They don’t get hidden or deactivated — they get deleted. If you need galleries to stay available for longer — for example, for weddings or long-term projects — a monthly or annual plan is the better fit, since you’re in full control of when they expire.
Other than that, the One-Time plan includes everything available on any paid plan: unlimited contracts, payment collection, password protection, white label, and real human support.
I have an active subscription. Can I switch?
Yes, but there’s one important step: you need to cancel your current subscription from your user dashboard before activating the One-Time plan.
Once your subscription is cancelled, you can activate the One-Time plan straight away and start using it immediately.
Who is the One-Time plan for?
It’s a great fit if you:
- Shoot one-off events — weddings, communions, corporate jobs — and your galleries don’t need to stay active for more than a year.
